Bio Island Milk Calcium Bone Care 150 Softgel Capsules

Formulated with calcium hydroxyapatite derived from cows’ milk. Calcium maintains healthy teeth and supports bone health throughout different stages in life. Bio Island Milk Calcium Bone Care also contains vitamin D3, which supports calcium absorption. With added vitamin K2, which helps maintain bone density and supports bone health. The soft gel capsules may be chewed or swallowed whole.

Each capsule contains

Hydroxyapatite 550 mg
Equivalent to calcium 160 mg

Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 6.25 micrograms

Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2) 17.6 micrograms

Contains milk, sulfites and soybean products. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if the seal on the cap is missing, torn or broken. Advise your doctor of any medicine taken during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare practitioner if concerned.

Directions for Use

Adolescents 12–18 years: 2–3 capsules daily

Adults 19–50 years: 2 capsules daily

Adults 51+ years: 2–3 capsules daily

Pregnant and breastfeeding women: 2–3 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional

Storage: Store below 30°C, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
