Shipping policy


Your order might be dispatched from our New Zealand, Europe or Asian warehouse. 
  • The shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent within 3 - 7 working days. Except for pre-order items that state the delivery time under the product descriptions. (Note: pre-orders are non-refundable)
  • We work with your local post office for the parcel delivery, e.g. NZpost (New Zealand), Auspost (Australia), USPS (United States), Singpost(Singapore), etc.
Should you not receive your order within 15 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact service@beautymonster.co.nz . You will be advised within 48 hours the status of your order.
 
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
 
*Express shipping (DHL / FedEX / UPS) is available for all destinations - NZ$66 (AU$59.9 / US$40), delivered in 3 - 5 days. Kindly be advised that there may be an extended delivery time of approximately 7 days, due to customs-related factors that may arise.
