Our KELO-COTE Eyelid scar sheets are designed to help treat and prevent hypertrophic and keloid scars, including those from double eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty).

Developed using medical grade silicone, these transparent sheets can help reduce redness, soften, and flatten raised scars. Silicone therapy is a ‘Gold Standard’, non-invasive therapy, to help reduce the appearance of raised scars.

Our Eyelid sheets are breathable, lightweight, and discreet, designed for comfort and to be flexible on the skin. They can reduce persistent redness, ‘pulling’ sensations, itching, and discomfort associated with raised scars.

KELO-COTE Eyelid sheets are designed to be cut to size for a comfortable fit on your eyelids. They can also be used interchangeably with KELO-COTE Gel.

Composition

• Medical grade silicone
• Polyurethane film

Available Sizes

• One 2.5cm x 10cm sheet

Each pack contains one sheet, which needs to be cut to size for each eye. When applied correctly, one pack is sufficient for approximately 3 weeks of treatment.

How To Use

• Use KELO-COTE sheets once the wound has healed, stitches removed, and scabs fallen off.
• Gradually build up application from 12 to 23 hours a day.
• Clean sheets daily with soap and lukewarm water.
• Scars may take 3–6 months to normalize. KELO-COTE sheets can be used as long as the scar is raised, red, or causes complaints.
• Consult your healthcare professional regarding duration of therapy.
